If you're female, the guy has already noticed you. Whether or not he's interested is another question altogether. I'd suggest talking to him and smiling a lot. If he doesn't "notice", he's either gay, completely stupid or simply not interested.

Be bold. Talk to him. I don't know who said it but there was once a quote that said you can make more friends in two months then you can in two years by showing an interest in people whether then trying get people interested in you.
