It was the first Church that I attended and felt genuinely welcome, the missionaries had answered many of the questions that I had that kept me from accepting the truth, the fellowship and commradery of the members - more like a family unit.

These were the main reasons, but there are many more.

Everyone that joins the church is a convert wether at 8yrs old or when their older. What attracks me to the church is the feeling I have when I go in to the church. That and they had answers to questions that no other christian sect has.

Giving 10% of my money to a cult. I joined the LDS because I just have so much money I felt it only right to wear special underwear, join a cult and give my money to them.
