I am getting a kitten today, What should I name it.?

It is black with white paws. It isnt shy. Has blue eyes. Dont know if it is a boy or girl though.

I usually wait a few days to see what kind of personality the cat has before I gets a name. Like one I brought home was kind of like a mistake and I knew my husband would be mad, so his name is boo-boo, or the one with big ears is radar, etc. Find out the sex first, then zero in on its personality. As I say, my cats name themselves. Call it different things, if it responds to a certain name, call something else, then repeat the name it responded to. Usually the animal will let you know if it likes it name.

Once you find out if it's a boy or a girl, if it's a girl, name it Layla. I love that name! It's so pretty. And if it's a boy, name it Mateo. Mateo can also be used if you don't know the gender.
