Many, including the ACLU, NAACP, NRA, Southern Poverty Law Center, and even many government-funded legal agencies.
There is nothing inherently stupid about suing the government, and in fact that is often the only way that improperly enacted laws get challenged.,

Ask the ACLU, they've made millions and millions from suing the government.
I believe there is a whistle blowers program. You can contact your local government to get additional information. Why sue? Where you personally injured in some way? I know in the military services they have many programs that target waste. People are awarded monetary compensation depending on how much money they save over all. It's a good program.

Sorry but that is a ridiculous question.
You really cant sue the US government and to even consider it is totally naive. It would take one brave lawyer with ENDLE$$ resources to do so.
We are talking the federal government, do you have an idea the amount of resources they have....
it would be impossible plus that is NOT even a strong case, so what they are abusing tax dollars? they have done that for 200 years....sorry

Oh, come on! It happens all the time!
If an army base polluted a site and a developer later discovers it, they may have to sue the US government.
If a person is wrongfully discharged, or slips and falls in a government buildiing due to negligence of the government, or whatever, they sue the government.

Good luck with that one.
It's more like, can we sue the United States Government for not representing the will of the people who gave them their power to diminish the sovereingty of the United States Constitution, which guarantees that?
What would you do if Congress told you your state was leaving the Union?
All I am saying is find out what is really going on, and BE AWARE.
The reason why I say good luck with that one, is because they will probably tell you that you had your chance to vote.

There HAS to be one out there. I'm from CA and I was on the east coast for a school trip, and while in Boston, our tour guide was explaining to us about how they are covering this old (now underground) highway with tons and tons of cement. I was thinking "Ok, if they can afford it, they have the right to do that." Come to find out....... "Thank you CA taxpayers money for giving us most of the money we are using for this project." It's definitely not right. It SHOULD be going to what we need in CA. We need all the money we can get here and they are giving it away so Boston can pay for cement? It's just not right.

You have no standing to do so. It has been tried before and the Supreme Court ruled that it is a Political Question and the courts have no standing to decide political questions.
