I had something simular and it took 4 blood tests to determine that I had Mono. You could also check if you have celiac disease or maybe you have atypical depression

You say you don't do any sports to exhaust you. Maybe you need some physical exercise....to get your endorphins going. It might not be a physical exhaustion you are feeling, but a mental one. Exercise keeps your heart in shape, your mind active, and gives you a temporary, natural 'high'. Once you've ruled out anemia (which you've done), thyroid, blood sugar, and other obvious possible medical reasons....it could just be you need some exercise. Or depressed.

Drink lots of water to clean out your body systems and keep your body hydrated. It might be caused by stress. Are you stressful? If so, you need to keep the stress level down and do something to distract yourself from every day worries (sports, reading a book, etc.) Check with your doctor and check for all the diseases and sicknesses that can cause you being really tired. You need to sleep less: thirteen hours is too long. Sleep for eight to nine hours maximum, because if your body has too much sleep, it's not good for it either. The same thing happened with my aunt: she slept too much, and always felt tired, and always had to lay down and rest and sleep. She got herself active, didn't sleep for TOO long, and gradually her system became normal again.

Get yourself checked for low blood sugar. Excessive tiredness is just one symptom.

8 hours of sleep is all that you should need...too much sleep can make you lethargic....try just sleeping eight hours and drinking more water.
