They both mean the same thing. Funeral Home, Funeral Parlour, Mortuary, Funeral Establishment, Funerarium, etc., although mortuary is a term most commonly used in the US., but unlike some other answers, they usually all hold similar establishent licenses enabling them to provide shelter for remains, preparation and embalming, visitation and funerals, and for some cremation and ennichment in a colombarium.

A funeral home is where the cadaver is waked and mourners visit to pay their last respects and to express regrets to the family. A mortuary is where the remains of a dead individual are buried.
