Approximately 75% is excreted within 72 hours. Since this drug is an antidepressant, I would not recommend just stopping it! If you are worried about a drug test, just have a doctor's note about the medication. With a note verifying medical use, the drug test can't be used against you...after all, this is not an illegal drug.

You've got alot of no nothing answers here YEP.......even one from a nurse who should know. TRAZODONE is not a drug that is usually tested for on an illicit or street drug screen. As a veteran who is subject to drug screens on a regular basis, I'VE NEVER HEARD OF THE MAN LOOKING FOR TRAZODONE AS AN ILLEGAL SUBSTANCE!!!! 5-7 days. drink a lot of water and don't eat fatty foods. p/ss 2-3 times before your test.
