Kongs are typically a very good chew toy. However, West Paw Designs Zogoflex "Hurley" are guaranteed to be indestructible or you get your money back. They have them for every size of dog, but my pit bull chewed through his in a matter of minutes. So, it depends on how vigorously your pooch chews. You can get them at www.amazon.com I ordered mine through amazon but it actually came from Little River Pet Shop. I got it within a few days and had no problem returning it after my dog tore it up.

Alot of people swear that Kongs are the best chew toy but alas my lab hates rubber toys. But Kongs are great for large breeds that are heavy chewers. Even the Marine Core bomb dection dogs get Kongs.

it depends on your dog's size and chewing habits. My 75lb rottie is a heavy chewer so we let her have heavy canvas toys that she can't rip and thick rubber kong toys. If you look at the toy aisle in the pet store, most of the toys will tell you what chewing habits are best suited for which toys....

I would recommend a kong or a nylabone. Something they can't chew up so fast. Rope toys are good too, however, they are NOT good for playing tug of war. This can cause dominance issues. They are great for fetching though.

Kongs are really good...especially if you got a good chewer...you fill em with treats and they go crazy with em..other than that, rope toys are good for building their muscles in their jaws, and if you go with any squeaker toys, keep an eye on em cuz they tend to pull out the squeaker and that could be a bit hazardous, if you know what i mean. white bones are good...they're real bones..some come filled with beef or pork to entice the dogs taste buds, but just the regular white bone did fine with my pup..she still plays with the thing.

My dogs love Chilly Bones by Multipet. They also can't get enough of the Nobbly Wobbly Dog Toy.

Since rawhide gums up and can clog the intestines, I would suggest natural chews. My Chihuahua loves a hoof. He's been working on it for 3 years now, and its the size of a quarter....time to get another one!

A good femur bone is great! They come with some stuff for the dog to chew and then when that is all done you can fill them up with peanut butter! My dog loves his femur bones!

Well their favorite is usually your newest pair of shoes!

I'm not sure there is just one. Every dog is different. My weiners love pretty much everything I give them. Still one of them has a passion for dirty underwear! Yuck!

Tennis balls are good. Kong balls are great because you can throw them or put peanut butter in them when you want to keep them busy.

A Kong is supposed to be good. You put treats inside and the dogs try to get to it. It's supposed to be very durable too.
