loose = young/naive
wild = drinks acts as a child yelling/screaming
party = acts irresponsibly/not willing to accept consequences of actions

To me...
Loose = Easy, doesn't mind going home with a guy she met at the club and knockin boots.
Wild = No inhibitions...a lot of fun, always keeps her friends entertained.
Party girl = Flirty and drinks a lot...good dancer and usually loses some clothing as the night goes on. Loves concerts and clubs...in fact, if she had her choice she wouldn't ever leave...
Either way you define it, they are all a lot of fun!

it depends on how "loose" you are, we all do wild things at partiees or with our friends but try not to be so loose or they'l think that you are easy
