IF OKED by your Vet, First aid;
Give that dog as much vegatable oil, butter as he'll swallow, and warn broth to help him get his system moving in the normal way.
CALL> your Vet first, Then have him seen A S A P!
I had a dog that swallowed strange things and thats what helped. He swallowed about 100 medium safety pins and I had no way to get him to a Vet.
It may depend on the size of the dog and his intestinal system.

You should go to the vet right now. Don't sit around and wait to see if he stops. Hes probably choking, and if you want him to live, then you have to go NOW. The vets will know what to do. They might give him some medicine, or if the rocks are really stuck in there, they might have to do surgery. Is the dog throwing up the rocks, or is it just flem? Because if hes throwing up the rocks, then feed him dry bread. That makes dogs throw up, and if he throws up a lot, he might get a lot of the rocks out of him. But take him to the vet right now. Good luck, and I hope your dog is alright. <3

why arn't you already in the vets waiting room? take him in immediately. he maybe able to pass some of them but others can cause blockages and just think of the damage to his esphogus(sp?) when he throws them back up. take him to the vet and he will xray his stomach to see if he thinks they can be passed with the aid of maybe some laxatives or if he will need surgery. this is alot of weight in a dogs stomach and if the a rough gravel they can cause alot of damage. don't "wait and see"
he need your help. call the vet or emergency 24 hour vet now.

Okay, if your question were real, you wouldn't be posting it on Yahoo answers unless you were an idiot without a phone to call your vet. If your question is, on the off chance, real, then take your dog to an emergency vet.
