the "scandals" written in the Da Vinci Code have been around for centuries. heck, authors have written books about it since the middle ages. even the author of the Da Vinci Code admits to fudging "facts". it's a book/movie, and a bad one at that. if you believe one book/movie without doing your own research, then you're full of bologna too

Why yes, I believe that a book called the Da Vinci Code by Dan Brown exists. Don't you?

No, it falsifies the word of the Lord and it makes people who are uneducated about the Bible fall into Satan's trap and start worshiping in that manner - what the movie teaches you about the "Lord" which isn't true. The movie, "The Divci Code" is a disgrace to the Bible. The people who made the movie will receive their judgement on Judgement Day. It's a load of lies. God Bless you...We need more people like you on earth!!!

The Da Vince Code is a work of FICTION. Therefore, it isn't real. Everyone needs to understand that this book is just that, a book.

Fiction. And sadly, even the facts that Dan Brown uses are put together in a very "un-scholarly" way. (Meaning, there are a LOT of gaps and leaps of logic that just don't hold up to academics and theologians.)

It was an enjoyable book, though. Movie was okay.

The theory is interesting and the evidence compelling, but its a stretch.
I believe she is referring to the theory not the fiction of the book surrounding the theory.

Davinci wrote in shorthand for his own purposes, and couldn't have cared less about the whole Jesus myth. There is no "code"
as a religious artifact.
