I know someone that's claims his grandkids to get earned income.Been doing it for about 8 years and still counting and has never been caught. That stuff makes me sick because I'm trying to keep my family fed and they are ripping off our tax dollars. No the kids don't live with him he just uses them to get that extra money for himself.

It's easy all you need to know is the persons name address and the child's name they claim . You call the toll free number for the IRS and let them know you want to report a fraud they won't let the person know who reported them if you tell them that you don't want your identity used. they ask you a few questions and that's it.
It's real easy and doesn't take long at all

You need a confidential info on that, what you can do is call IRS and give them light info for example car license plate or home
address if you know where they live. Because of coarse SS# is hard to find out, good luck.

Do/does the parents of the kids know this? Do they claim the kids as well? Can you prove it?
