Sounds like a blessing to me. Without the pains of mortal life. Instant ticket to heaven. Why would you rather subject them to temptation and possible hell, when there is no need?

As a Christian I am pro choice. The bible clearly makes man (including woman) the steward of the earth with the free will to do what he believes is Gods will. Men are to look to the instructions in the bible for answers on how to act and to the actions of God himself. The bible does not make abortion a sin.
God gave up the creation of life to human sexual choice. God gave us the right to make choices about when and with whom to create life. On occasion we make mistakes. No where in the Bible does it state that if we make a mistake we are not allowed to correct the mistake.
God himself uses abortion in the form of miscarriage. Presumably God has reasons when he chooses to abort a life. I assume that God entrusts us with a long list of potential reasons to justify any abortion that we may consider.
It is clear in the bible that there is no sin in abortion. Abortion is not mentioned in the bible. I believe that if a woman follows the laws of the bible, prays to God about her abortion and follows his instruction, then she has done God's will. If a woman simply has a child under questionable circumstances without consulting with God in prayer, then she has gone against his will. To take away the right to abortion is to take away the right to God given free will.

The Bible does not say that the innocent will go to Heaven.
The Bible does say murder is a sin.
Why is no one concerned with the fate of the mother who aborts the baby? If it is a sin, and I think it is, then I believe that a lot of women are being led to believe that abortion is OK because they are confused and scared. It almost seems like some of the proponents of "choice" almost want women to have an abortion rather than making it a last resort. For some reason, it seems like the more women who choose to have an abortion, the more women think it must be OK.

I am against abortion because God is the author of life and we humans cannot try to play God and make decisions on who will live and who will die. How are we to know that the childs life would be like? God created each child with a specific purpose in this life. The question of the child being innocent and going to heaven doesn't even enter the equation....these children were created by God and He and ONLY HE has the right to decide how and when He will call this child home to HIM. We are not God and need to let God take care of the lives He brings into existance. It is also a mortal sin in breaking of the 5th commandment. "Thou shalt not kill".

If what you are saying is true. Then its best to kill every child before its born.

That is what Satan wants you to do. Sacrifce the innocent. Who is more innocent as you said, than an unborn baby? Can't even cry out for help. Satan truely rules this world to allow such a cruel thing to happen.

He gives you reason why sin is good, and people eat it up.

What else can he say about Abortion to make you kill (sacrifice) an innocent baby? Anything, that he thinks will get the job done. He is smart. And he seems to be working in you. The baby truely is innocent, but those that do the deed are not! Those that are for the sin, are not innocent!

I think that abortion is murder. So the people involved in the murder of the child are commiting serious sin. And not allowing another life to come into this world is just wrong. Let's say the mother had the choice to give the child up for adoption, or abortion. She should give it to a family who cannot have kids and will give that child the love they deserve. Abortion is an easy answer to a problem with better solutions.

The same thing could be said about a 3 month old baby, they will also go to heaven.. Then we run up against the command to not commit murder. The real question is why would the USA abort 50 million babies?? More dead babies that the dead from all of the wars since ww2. It is just a form of birth control to cover up their adultery and fornication. People want sex without responsibility and God doesn't work that way.. The Jewish holocaust was nothing in comparison to the abortion holocaust.

oh man i wish i would have though of this one. these Christians are gonna be pulling their hair out.

and Im just gonna hop up on my soapbox for a second.

Abortion is not murder. You can't murder something that isn't alive. The window during pregnancy in which you can get an abortion is when the embryo is completely dependent on the mother. Its like saying chemotherpay is murder because you're killing a cluster of cells inside someones body. It's ridiculous. How about every woman that gets an abortion carries their baby to term, and then sends it to you guys. Get your bible out of my uterus.

IF YOU'RE AGAINST ABORTIONS, DONT HAVE ONE.

To Adamray "(Question for "Unigue Anique": Would you be able to write that statement had your mother aborted you?)" - No, obviously not. My mother had me when she was 17 and not married, and I admire her strength to be able to raise a child under those circumstances, but I also admire her for having the strength to abort other pregnancies when she knew no matter how badly she wanted a child, she couldn't care for one. My mother went through some rough times when I was young, and she had the brain to understand that with everything going on and one baby to care for, she could not in good conscience bring another child into the world.

That's a question I have thought of before, But the answer is this. God created the unborn child to have a life, to do certain things to cause things to happen. It was him who gave the child its start in the womb. If we kill it for our convenience, which is what abortion is, we are sinning by violating god's will. We are also devaluing human life and making it increasingly cheap as we abort children.

Since we started aborting children, in Roe V. Wade, 1973 we have made killing elderly people early by euthanasia more acceptable. It is done every day now. The hospitals also starve to death some unwanted babies that have birth defects. So abortion started a societal trend that has devalued human life in American society. It is wrong for individuals and bad for society.

It isn't the baby's fault that some irresponsible woman brought him to the world. Every creature has the right to live and you have no idea in what kind of person that baby is going to be in life. Probably something good.

Is not about the Anti and Pro- Abortion campaigns, we have to teach women how to make better decisions when it comes to sex. Sex can be good but tragedies like this could happen as a cause of irresponsible sex and it's not fair to kill the baby because it wasn't his fault.

This is a silly question in its premise. Killing someone to send them to heaven???

Well, that way, you could kill anyone, why only the featus.

Abortion however is necessary, because of other more important reasons. Like, if someone does not want, and cannot afford child, or in case of rape etc. Abortion is about people having choices to lead their lives.

This has nothing to do with any heaven or hell idea.

It depends on why you are having the abortion lets say some 40 year old man rapes a 14 year old girl and she gets pregneat then yes you abort. BUTlets say husband and wife have a child and dosent want it we are against it because thats against one of the ten commandments thou shall not kill plus you dont have to keep the baby just ut it up for adoption. Plus what if that baby you just aborted was the new messiah what if mary the mother of jesus aborted her child???
