First Premier Bank. But you'll get a really low limit...like $300, and they will immediately charge you $175 in fees. So really not worth it.

You could look into "pre-paid" credit cards. www.netspend.com or a google search for other companies will turn up a good amount of others available. (netspend's convenient for me, or I'd go with another. The service truly SUCKS). If you're looking to get a credit card to start re-building credit, many banks have a secured credit line system. Say, you put in $300. You're line of credit will be $300, and you'll subtract, then repay to that amount. Sounds lame, I know, but it's an efficient way to start re-establish a positve credit pattern.
Otherwise, I'd stay away from credit cards. The interest rates, are akin to robbery. It's too easy to see it as "free" money. If you only pay the minimum, it'll often take $30 years to repay, and you'll be cough up 100 times the total $ borrowed.

Once you file bankrupties you can't file again for 7 years. So credit card people will probably give you one.

You probably got into "bankrupty" by over using credit cards anyway. Stay away from them, You can't live a champagne lifestyle on a KOOLAID paycheck.
