What is there to stress about - all the big stuff should be taken care of by now. Get her a day at the spa to calm her nerves - if anything's going to go wrong, there's not much that can be done about it now.

Plan everything well in advance, and delegate any last minute jobs to the bridesmaids and best man or close friends/family. Make sure that everything is confirmed and checked then double checked so that they have the assurance that everything is in order, and then there will be no last minute stresses. Book into a spa and have a massage and facial for the day, that should just about do it!

Take vitamins. I started getting sick right before my wedding, I started taking vitamins and drinking Kava Kava tea and I relaxed for the entire day before the wedding. Planned a BBQ for my husband and all our friends at the beach and stayed home enjoying the peace and quiet. Hanging out with friends is always fun but you need a break.

You can't keep her from feeling any particular way. But, you can remind her that for most things, it's already set in motion and set in stone. There's no use stressing over it at this point - what good is it going to do? If something goes wrong, it's out of your control, just smile and chalk it up to a great experience. : )

Get every thing taken care of days before the wedding. She needs to have someone who steps in and takes care of everything, and all the little details.

It's inevitable that is going to happen. I got married a few weeks ago, and I just couldn't sleep at night and had a ton to do during the day, but it was all worth it!
