I don't "hate" rich people, per say. But I find it very hard to like some of them.
From my experience moving into a ritsy-titsy neighborhood in LI after being born and raised in Staten Island, the condescension is what makes it so very hard to tolerate some of these people. I despise being looked down upon - I may not have as much as they do, but they seem to think that me working my *** off for EVERYTHING I have is not as good as the things they're purchased with the money mommy and daddy gave them to keep them busy and out of their hair.
My mother's business partner is a prime example - her husband an even BIGGER (and less polite) example. These two are very typical of the types you find out here - the type that believes that their huge wealth excuses them from having to exhibit very basic manners. Their "me first" attitude upsets and disturbs me and their lack of common manners is frightening (i.e. - it's not polite to say the "f" word in front of my demure mother and elderly grandfather, nor is it ok to fart in public and ask people how it smells...). They're just so rude, so eager to rub other people's faces in what they, themselves, have.... and what everyone else lacks. I'm sorry, but busting my *** for 2 months at work to pay my bills and STILL have a little cash left over for a short weekend trip to FL is my way of "treating myself", as opposed to you going out and buying items you will soon discard and forget all about....

People hate those "higher" than them for many reasons, but the prominant one that cannot be simply born of a womb, coaxed with rusty forcepts, is the kind of anger that a pompous asshole coerces from the lesser-meaned person. Many have answered, so far, that it is because of jealousy, envy, etc. Although this may be true in some cases, it usually doesn't cause the average person to "hate" the rich person, but rather show them what they can achieve, and inspire them to set a goal. It IS true, though, that people hate POMPOUS rich people, who flaunt their money like it actually (almost even physically) makes them a better person - which it, even in the 17th dimension, even after an acid trip, even in HELL, does not. The pompous bastards are those who a.) know they are, and continue because they seriously think they are better than the 'average folk' or b.) don't know, but you still would love to beat them with a pinata stick on easter. I may sound violent, but I can assure you that I hate BAD people, not RICH people.

It's mostly just the rich culture. They act like they're better than everybody else. If you call them out on it, they just continue to explain how much better they are than everyone.

why do some rich people hate the others?...it's mostly jealousy and blaming the worlds problems on the ones who control the world. Are they really better than the rest? Somebody hates everybody the rich are just more accepted to bash.

Well to me, it goes both ways. Some people tend to be jealous of rich people, because they have it all. Many people have worked all their lives and can barely survive, where as rich people have never had to work and just play all the time. On the other hand, rich people tend to flaunt their wealth. They are also known to look down on the poorer people, and tend to think that they're better than everyone else. Hope this helps you.

It's mostly just because they're jealous, sometimes it just hatred, sometimes, they just don't argee with that persons views. A lot of people don't like the president, but want to be him. That's the same as rich people, if they had that money, they would defiently shut up about being jealous, but would easily be hurt when people are belittling them
