YES!! The judgment is that we are all guilty.
The penalty for this crime is our very lives (eternal death).
BUT...
A man walked into our courtroom and paid that fine, took our place and DIED IN OUR PLACE.
That man was Jesus.
Repent and trust Him to save you.

The bible says that if you live by the law you will be judged by the law, and if you break one commandment of the law you break them all.
It's not about the commandments anymore- those were originally given to man to reveal his sin. Now we have the new testament, or covenant, and that is about reconciliation with God through His son. A choice every person has to make.
Furthermore, God never described hell as reasonable, more like torment beyond belief. It's incomprehensible. You make people sound pretty disposable...

First and foremost, Jesus Christ is definitely our Lord, sent to earth by God to give his life for us and to fulfill the Law. However, the Ten Commandments were part of the code of laws given to Moses. (Exodus 20:22).
"Consequently the Law has become our tutor leading to Christ, that we might be declared righteous due to faith [in him]. (Galatians 3:24)
"We are no longer under a tutor," Paul explained. (Galatians 3:25)
At Romans 6:14 it is written to Christians: "You are not under law."
The Ten Commandments were for the ancient Israelites to live by, leading up to the Messiah coming and giving his life for us.
There is still for repentance. "Jehovah is not slow respecting his promise, as some people consider slowness, but he is patient with YOU because he does not desire any to be destroyed but desires all to attain to repentance" (2Peter 3:9)
As Christians, we have to study the Bible to find out what God requires of us. Ask any of Jehovah's Witnesses you meet for a copy of "What God Requires of Us".

yes it makes it inevitabile. Humans are flawed and dont have freewill to be perfect, in fact that is why Chistians are supposed to be humble because they know they Jesus blood has saved them and not their own righteousness. It is our need to fight for ourselves without God as over evolution since the veil between Heaven and Earth came down after original sin, that has produced an inherant selfishness in our genes as im sure youve heard from scientists, theyre right! So we will never be good enough to enter Heaven that is why God had to provide a way to him in a HARSH world.

That's the point of a Savior, we CANNOT keep the Ten Commandments, thus we are nothing in ourselves, and we need someone to fulfill the requirements of a Holy God, which Christ did.
When we die, we will only remain in heaven because of what Christ willingly did for us (covered the penalty of our sins), nothing that we did of ourselves.

How does a god of love and mercy rationalize eternal punishment for 80+/- years of sin?

Let me get this straight: The God of Love, Father of us all, will toss into hell all those who don't believe in the divinity of a young preacher who probably never lived in the first place?
Do I need to explain what's wrong with this?

Don't be such a Lawyer. Do you want to do the right thing or are you just trying to figure out a system?
This is why not everyone can be a Martial Artist.

Well, I don't know about you, but I wasn't alive when Jesus was, so he didn't die for my sins. I am not in the habit of having others pay for my errors. I trusted my grandmother, but when she died I stopped asking her questions.
