i have a paper jam in my Kodak easyshare picture printer. how do i get the paper out???

Do you have your manual? I'm pretty sure they'll describe how you can do it but in general for most printers, take out the ink/toner, look for access panels in front, behind and on top and open them. Once the panels are open, you should be able to see the paper in the rollers, just pull it out slowly.
If you do not know where the ink/toner is then you really need the manual.

take the toner out.. check the back and front..
