If you like this boy then you should make it offical and date. But if you don't like him and you are just making out with him because there is nothing better to do then you should just move on and let him do the same thing. If there are other people involved, then you should talk to this boy and figure out what you two should do. In then end it is either date him or move on. Because there is no real reason to just make out with some and kind of date them. Good Luck!
