If based on law alone, I'd have to answer guilty.
I am human. The Bible itself tells us that nobody is righteous (not even one...) Fortunately, I'm living in Grace, and I've accepted Christ as Savior. I am also striving to follow him to the best of my ability. I do however fall short.
Doesn't everyone.
by the way - I did read your answer on idolatry.
God Bless.

Intelgent GOD gives 10 commandments ( who came up with this number no idea)
There are 623 in OT. And there are much more in NT
But even staying with first 10.
There is only 1 way of being good. Follow all 10 comandments and not to breake one.
Ppl now uses excuses well i belive in god and he will forgive me. What ever . GOD will send them to hell.
In any case there is only 1 way to follow the GODs way and there are 99 permutations of being bad just on those 10 commandments. Only Intelegent GOD could create such a wonderfull thing like free will so we all get screwed by 99 permutaions. And i am sure you can add anotehr zillion ways of sin and only 1 way of being good.
Cristian menthality as good as GOD's menthality. They are all so intelegent but some how they have nmot learn how to use calculator.
Therefore GOD exists.

If Jesus died for my sins, if He is the sacrafice, then that makes the judgment for my actions OBSOLETE! That is good news.
You are not your own savior. No action or amount of faith you have can supercede what God and Jesus decided. That is why we are referred to as the bride. What does the Jewish bride get to do? Nothing. The father and son make the deal.
He did not just die, He took all the punishment and wrath that was coming to us. That would be what is described in Revelations.
There is no hell. It is the saving of your mind that Paul speaks of. YOU need to be saved from your own hell of self righteousness.
Jesus taught before His sacrafice. He taught law, made belief a law - all must be found guilty before all could receive mercy.
As Adam imputed sin to the world, Jesus imputed righteousness through grace. The gift that you recieved 2000 years ago, against your will, because your will does not supercede God's.

Some things that my husband and I struggle with are tithing and the Sabbath. Do we keep these? If we do, should we be keeping everything else in the Old Testament? The reason I struggle is because all the Churches I have gone to almost demand a tithe, but don't really bring up the Sabbath (though most try to keep it). It is confusing. I read Mac Arthur and Piper etc, but of course, my final authority is my husband and God. So, what would you say about tithing and the Sabbath? I haven't ever heard anything concrete.

i've got faith you are going to end this with "darkness is the absence of light, silence is the absence of sound, etc., as a result evil is the absence of God." this is basically a redefinition of the information "God" to point "that which isn't evil." there is no reason to have faith that "that which isn't evil" possesses any of the different residences that believers often ascribe to God. i think interior the life of "that which isn't evil" yet believing in that doesn't entail believing in a deity. EDIT: the shown fact that no-one has considered the professor's suggestions does not propose that one won't be able to offer evidence that the professor's suggestions exists. as an occasion, we could carry out an CAT test on the professor. we could use the test to visual reveal unit the shown fact that particular electric powered alerts from the professor's suggestions are equivalent to electric powered alerts from the brains of alternative persons, who've died and had autopsies finished on them. considering the fact that all of the different persons interior the autopsies had brains that made those electric powered alerts, we can infer that the professor, too, has a suggestions.

Do you know how what you call the bible came to be-both the old and new testaments?
Do you know how they decided on what books to keep in and what books didn't make it?
Do you know that the Protestant Bible deleted many books form the Catholic Bible?
Did you know that the old testament doesn't match the Torah which is the supposed source?
Instead of blindly believing the "word of God" why dont you check out the history of the book and then decide for yourself if it reality or a fairy tale.
I ll bet dollars to donuts you dont have the guts to do so.

No i have not kept the 10 commandments. In this world, it is hard to keep the 10 commandments. God forgives us if we are truly sorry. If we are not sorry for breaking god's law then we would probably go to hell. God forgives and those who are truly sorry are forgiven and go to heaven. Hell is only for those who have never cared about their sins and think its ok to sin without forgiveness. God understands that we all make mistakes and that is why he forgives us.

Sin is relative. The commandments are for those who need moral guide lines. Most humans know, wit out being told what is right and wrong. How but that girl in that picture with you? you two married? have you had pre-marital sex? if so, are you being judged? I am sure you have lied. I don't really see how our first amendment right to freedom of speech really correlates with all of this.

Geeze, when will we get some original questions here.
No, I haven't kept the 10 dictates of a bunch of ancient goat herders, nor do I care about it. If their narcissistic fascist national god turns out to be THE god, I sure as hell wouldn't want to spend eternity with him.

Okay. EVERYONE sins. And God said, if you commit ONE of these sins, you've committed them all. (not an exact quote) We are all guilty. But God forgives those who ask for forgiveness and throws it all away. He won't bring it up again. It's gone. Disappeared. Satan, however, DOES bring it up. He won't let you forget. Anyway, if you accept the fact that Christ died and rose for your sins, to carry your burden for you, you are not 'guilty' anymore. You are cleaned, purified. God bless.

Of course I haven't kept the Ten Commandments. Nobody has. They're impossible to keep. All religious laws are; that makes the believers feel guilty, which keeps 'em coming back to church.
