usually people have oral sex after normal sex but the best thing to is to give oral sex BEFORE normal sex because that way he will last longer and sex will be much better.The most important thing in oral sex is to do it right.every guy likes it different way so you should ask he if he likes what you're doing.every guy likes different things.
