i need it for ebay to send a money order for an auction I won. How would I ask them their name and address in chinese?

I believe this is how you would write it in Chinese:

请给我你的姓名和地址。

[Thanks to "mike i" for pointing out my error - I got it right, but then had trouble with my Chinese IME and had to retype the whole **** thing, and somehow didn't catch the change... There, it's all OK now, I changed it back to what it should be!]

Or if you are unable to get Chinese characters to display properly, you can try pinyin (phonetic transcription):

Qing3 gei3 wo3 ni3 de xing4 ming2 he2 di4 zhi3. (The numbers indicate the tones with which the syllables are pronounced).

Which literally means 'Please give me your name and address.' I don't know how elegant it is, but it ought to get the point across.

if you want to ask the person the address first thing you have to do is learn how to spell the word CHINESE, be warned dont answer any thing that says you have won a prize, it is a SCAM be warned ok,

Cara T got it right, except for the characters in di4zhi3 (address) 抵址 is what she put, but it is actually 地址
