Yes, they do. It is part of the natural flirting process. In fact, if you catch her checking out your package, she is definitely interested in you.
See... women will check out the eyes, and the face, and then subtly (or not so subtly) scan down and check the package, before looking at the face again. This is an almost instinctual thing to do, so don't call her on it, she may not even realize she is doing it.
And yes, we do check the wedding ring finger, we do look to see how clean the hands are, and we do look at shoes (to see how well maintained they are)... just in case you were wondering.

From what I know no...All I know is I don't and never really did I mean unless its in my face and majorly showing I'll obviously see it but otherwise to btoher to try and check it out no.That would juz kinda be preverted...I mean Im not single so i don't but if I were to me thatz juz a little too much and ruins the surprise I think.

i find it easier to look at the size of their feet esp. in a society where baggy pants and loose clothing is so popular the bulge can sometimes be hard to spot

My husbands bulge is what made me look twice at him. So the answer would be yep. Take it as a compliment if you had nothing she would not be starring.

It's my understanding that girls are just like guys but, WITHOUT the lude behavior/comments IN PUBLIC. I've been told by various girlfriends that 'behind closed doors', you'd be surprised at what you could hear BFFs talking about (i.e. did you see his...?)

Depends on how big the bulge is......I usually don't look there first...but if there girth is completely noticeable then yeah....ill take a good gander at it.
