Anything anyone prays to is being worshiped. Catholics have thousands of Gods (saints) they worship. Nice spin, but the fact is Catholicism is a pagan religion.

First let me say this. I, personally, don't believe that all Catholics follow the falseness of Catholicism. Some Catholics and it sounds like you are one, understand that Jesus is Lord and you worship Him. However, the Catholic faith is based on a lot of heresy. There are a lot of Catholics that pray to the "saints" and Mary, as if they can intercede for them. The reality is that Jesus is the only one that can intercede. Also, communion is just weird in the Catholic faith and much much more.
I, again, will never count anyone out of any sect, because not all constitute the majority, but I think that you would have to agree that a lot of the things that go on in the Catholic faith are contradictory to the Word of God. I have researched these things.

Yes I did know that Catholics use statues in the very same way others use nativitity scenes. I also knew that Catholics don't worship statues and that Catholics only worship God. I also recommend these sites to those who didn't know that answer: http://www.catholic.org and http://www.catholic-forum.com/

The Bible says "according to your faith be it unto you". Although I personally am not a Catholic, I believe that if you are seeking a closer relationship with God through Jesus, then do what you believe is right. If we truly believe that the Holy Spirit has been poured put over the earth as Jesus said, then we know that our hearts are being guided by truth. Stirring up strife against a fellow Christian over denominational differences only weakens each of us as believers. God will move based on our faith and nothing else.

I understand that Roman Catholics do not worship images, but only USE images in their worship of God. That is precisely what is forbidden by the second commandment.
The Hebrews, newly liberated from Egypt, used a golden calf to represent the invisible God who had freed them. They weren't worshipping the calf, merely using it to "help" them worship the true God.
God called such imagery "corruption," which is the reason why most Protestants do not use such images in the worship of God.
