She may have a uterine infection - best to take her to your vet for an exam and x-rays. If the cat seems ill (not eating, lethargic, feverish, throwing up, etc.) or if the discharge smells bad you need to take her in NOW. Untreated pyometra can be life-threatening.
She might also have had the kittens somewhere and be hiding them. The discharge that comes out after birth is sometimes greenish, but does not smell bad. Watch where she goes, and look and listen carefully for hidden kittens.
A third possibility is pseudo-pregnancy (false pregnancy) where the cat's body acts like she's pregnant even though she isn't. This is uncommon in cats and you need a vet to make sure.

only a vet can tell you that. please take her in to see what has happened. green of anything is not a good thing. usually means infection. if they are stillborn then she may need help delivering them. my cat had to have a c/section as she was a week overdue and they found out after she delivered 2 of the kittens were co-joined(siamese twins) she would never have been able to deliver then naturally. only one of 4 kittens survived. take her in and have her check. she needs your help. good luck. hope she will be okay. oh yes, have her spayed too.

From the looks of the answers, it would be take her to the Vet. You may consider calling one first, and they maybe able give you some temporary advice and than want to see her. If money is an issue, talk to them about it ahead of time so there are not any surprises.

Sounds like an expired fetus. You need to take her to the vet asap so the others, provided they're alright, can survive.
UPDATE: DO NOT LISTEN TO THE POSTER ABOVE ME!!!
Green mucus is an indication of infection and she
needs to go to the vet NOW! She can die from this!

I have had this happen to my friends cat, just feed her some kitten formula and keep her warm, wet based cat food only, lots of water, wipe her nose every hour, make sure you provide her with a birthing place, even if she doesent use it, you know you tried.
i dont know if this will fix the problem, but it will help clear that green mucus.

Take the cat to the vet. There is something wrong and your cat is in-danger of infection and possibly dying.
