Zero. They won't do it. Engineers are too busy to change light bulbs and it's beneath them. Just one and he/she will tell you.

It depends. If an engineer has a pintinha that will make cafe' con leche for him as he screws the light bulb, he can do it himself. And quickly, as to have time for pillow.
