Sometimes abscesses break, (inside) and the poison runs through the blood system making you ill. Do what Buster suggested.

If you establish that you have no money there are places to help you with things like that. Contact the Health Department in the County you live in.

Buster is right. If the poisen gets into your blood stream, you are in trouble. Plus you are swallowing the infection and this will effect your breath. Run...don't walk to a dentist.

Contact a local dental school/university. Often they will perform dental services for free as practice for their dental students.

I'm not quite sure what you are asking... If they are hurting you need to see about good dental insurance or something that will cover the removal.

Do what Buster suggested. And meanwhile use mouthwash LOTS. You'll probably still be miserable, but less so.
