Your great-aunt's great grandchild is your 2nd cousin twice removed. Your parent's cousins are your 2nd cousins

Your parents' cousins are yours, once removed.
Their first cousins are your first cousins, once removed, or 1C1R.
Their second cousins are your 2C1R.
Their third cousins are your 3C1R.

Most people have a couple of hundred fourth cousins, and close to a thousand fifth cousins, but they don't know who they are unless one is Elvis or Queen Elizabeth. If your mom had an 8th cousin, that cousin would be your 8C1R.

Call your great Aunt Betty and your grandmother Charlene. Call Betty's child Bob and Charlene's Chuck. Each line here shows a generation:

Albert & Annabell (Parents)
Betty & Charlene (Siblings)
Bob & Charles (first Cousins)
Bill & NeonBaby (second cousins)
Beatrice & Carl (third cousins)

This assumes your great-aunt's great-grandchild is Beatrice. Your child is "Carl".

Beatrice there is your second cousin once removed. When (if) you have children, they will be third cousins to Beatrice.

The GA'a GGC's parent is your second cousin.

I am not sure, but I found a site that might help.

It looks like that would be your second cousin for your great aunt's great grandkid.
Your paren't cousins would be 1st cousin once removed, per that page.
