Add more ice . Add pineapple concentrate and Coco lopez to the ice. It will not taste so watered down on the pina colada. Try some "rum essence' ( find it in the baking aisle of your supermarket near the vanilla essence) for the duaquiris. Also, add some extra acid for pop, like lemon or lime juice.I'd lso add some ffozen fruits to the daiquiri, like strawberries in syrup.

Virgin means without alcohol; make the mix with water. If you are looking to add the rum flavor, get some artificial rum extract from your grocery store, in the spice aisle.
The extract is alchol-based, but once mixed, it would have less alcohol, per volume, than alcohol-free beer.

I got these recipes off of foodnetwork. Try it out so you see all the different recipes for these drinks. Jeanette
Strawberry daequire
2 Cups strawberries
3 tablespoons lemonade concentrate
1 shot of rum
Ice cubes
Cut off tops of strawberries and place on cookie sheet. Freeze. Once frozen, place in blender with concentrate, rum and a hand full of ice cubes. Blend until smooth. Pour into cups and serve.
Just omit the rum.
Pina colada
These can be made as mocktails for the kids or cocktails for big kids. The recipe calls for defrosted frozen sliced strawberries. When you bring them home from the market, place them on a dish in the refrigerator so they will be soft and ready to process. The dish will catch any leaks or moisture from defrosting.
2 cups frozen sliced strawberries in juice, defrosted
2 cans coconut milk drink mix (recommended: Coco Lopez)
2 cups pineapple juice
6 shots coconut rum or light rum
* For mocktails, omit liquor and use a few extra ice cubes
1 tray of ice
Blend strawberries in a blender on high until smooth. Place 1/2 cup strawberry puree in the bottom of 4 hurricane or double rocks cocktail glasses. Rinse blender and return to motor base. Place remaining ingredients in blender and blend on high until smooth. Pour pina coladas into glasses on top of the strawberry puree. The puree will run up through the pina colada, making a lava flow effect.

Use ginger ale or club soda instead of the alcohol. The fizz will give you that little bit of bite that the alcohol flavor normally has.

What a good question - try a juice of some kind, with a little sugar in it. Half of alcohol is sugar anyways.
