We chased a guy one night that ran from us on a traffic stop. He lost his pants during the chase, with his Florida driver license in his pocket! =)

I think that any one that wears their pants like that showing their a$$es even though they have boxers on should get a 25 dollar ticket. On COPS one time they caught this guy running thru the project by following the shoes with the blinking lights on them. Both types of these people are either sitting on silly, standing on stupid, or waiting on dumb!

I have always thought that lack of fashion sense should be illegal.
The baggy look is beyond bad taste.

it's terrible the way they wear their pants . how can they run or have their pants ever fallen down walking by a store or in public ? it's awful and stupid .
