so i like this guy a lot, so i asked him out-- he said he was flattered but he was seeing someone else, i had myself a little pity party then got over it. Then he started staring at me a lot at work, then he quit... so i thought i was done, i was supposed to never see him again, and then i just figured out he's working at my new work-- And i don't know what to do-- any suggestions?

Its hard to determine how to handle the situation based on your question. I suggest that you keep your career the main focus. It never hurts to be friends, but I don't suggest asking him out agian. If you do this will make you look desperate and very un-professional, but if he asks if the offer is still available, just go out as friends and determine the next step later.

It sounds like he may just be trying to figure out a line on how he can become a player with you. If he already has somebody else, the best thing to do is to just ignore him.
