Stone IPA is my fave, especially the Ruination when it is available. For a true IPA (india pale ale for the uninitiated, the brits would ship ale to india and to prevent spoiling more hops and alcohol were necessary) look for high IBU (international bittering units) and alcohol content.

Try Full Sail from Oregon - very fresh tasting. They have a great IPA. Strongly recommended.

the dogfish is great 60min for refreshment 90 for flavor 120 for the end of evening also bell's two hearted ale
