Yesterday me and my girlfriend were playing around and she scratched my forehead with her finger nail its a thin scratch but its like 3 inches long and now im paranoid it will be a scar.

I would say from the description you are OK, it is depth into the skin that usually determines a scar, scratches should be fine, unless she was like really getting down and dirty.
If it does remember chicks dig scars.

well ur forehead is so big ..you should have known you'll be scratched...am just kidding...i got a big forehead 2...c'mon my name is **sweetbabe** for heaven sake...
well if it's a thin scratch and ur white or light skinned...the worst it would become is red...if its a deep thin scratch then you'll see the mark after it heals..

dude get to a darn doctor. don't sit around asking people online. go to the pharmacy and ask for some anti-scar cream. then put it on.
