Absolutely!
Just as bank robbers can sue their victims for getting in their way.

Unfortunately, the answer is yes. Illegals have the right to sue if they wish, and some liberal bedwetting judges, mostly in the People's Republic of California, have actually given them judgements. This is a sad time for our country, when illegals can come in, get driver's licenses, welfare, jobs, and God knows what else. They're spitting in the faces of all the hard working LEGAL immigrants, like my ancestors, who did it the right way and have helped strengthen this nation rather than weaken it. Our President needs to stop worrying about currying favor with Vincente Fox and do what's right....close the borders.

No, they are not a legal citizen of America, there fore they have no rights to the advantages of our laws.
if this is not already the law, it will be shortly.
Individual states are taking actions against illegal aliens, since the government won't. On American soil, it is the American people that have the say so, and no one else. Which includes our president. The Declaration of Independence gave us the right to be a criminal free nation, with a criminal free government to aid us.
And, with all of the threats made against our nation, and our people by people and nations that have repeatedly asked for our help, then acted as if we owed it to them, I say you will see a great change in America and the American People's atitude toward the millions of criminals that had no fear of coming out into our streets. Illegals that believe Americans are Lazy are only insulting us more. We work harder than you ever will in this country. We bled and died for it, have you? What new Bill, or Civil Right have you Protected with your votes in all your time in this country.
American ancestors built America, and we will defend her. We prefer being ant-violent, but have no doubt we will defend ourselves.
Americans are uniting, and seeking out a way to deal with the problem, that is why illegals and their advocates are screaming Americans are racist.
But, they should have thought twice about that one, considering how much racism is spouted out by them over the last thirty years..

i don't think so. who knows though; there are so many loopholes in the law and courts today it's ridiculous. trust me; i used to work for a police department.

however, i think that because of the fact they are illegal immigrants, if they go into a court and it gets out that a) they are illegal and b) they have a faux ss number or card or stolen information, they would more than likely be put in jail on the spot and not collect anything. if the said illegal immigrant gains citizenship and sues on stuff that happened while they were illegal, than yes i believe they can sue because they now have a form of citizenship.

Yes, they can. A man did lose his ranch for trying to defend it from property destruction by illegals. Mexico helped the trespassing illegals sue, and the man had to give up his ranch to them eventually. I saw this in a video clip from a Dallas new station a few months back. I had to save it for my husband, he just couldn't believe it.

No way. Federal illegal immigration laws are already on the books, but we just haven't been enforcing them.

DO NOT CONSIDER THIS A "YES," WHEN I SAID "NO WAY." THANKS!

More than likely. Sad isn't it. But yet we go the wrong way down a street in Mexico and they throw us in jail for 4 days. :|

I would certainly like to hope not.
Then again, get those illegals in a courtroom and deport 'em.

Second thought, let 'em sue!
It'll get rid of our illegals issue.

Yes. They can sue, they have the same rights you do! Whether they can collect or not depends on whether they can convince the jury that their case has merit.

no, that's the most rediculous thing i've ever heard. illegals have no rights, therefore, they have no argument. they're criminals. everything they do is illegal, if they breathe, it's illegal, if they walk, it's illegal, everything they do is illegal. if they file a suit, it is an illegal suit, and will be thrown out.
