If God is omnipresent then, by definition, there is nowhere that He is not.

The true God is not omnipresent, for he is spoken of as having a location. (1Ki 8:49; Joh 16:28; Heb 9:24) His throne is in heaven. (Isa 66:1) He is all-powerful, being the Almighty God. (Ge 17:1; Re 16:14) “All things are naked and openly exposed to the eyes of him,” and he is “the One telling from the beginning the finale.” (Heb 4:13; Isa 46:10, 11; 1Sa 2:3) His power and knowledge extend everywhere, reaching every part of the universe.—2Ch 16:9; Ps 139:7-12; Am 9:2-4.

The true God is not omnipresent, for he is spoken of as having a location. His throne is in heaven:
Isaiah 66:1
John 16:28
Hebrews 9:24
The concept of God being Omnipresent is NOT a Bible teaching.
1Timothy 4:1, 2
Ask anyone of Jehovah's Witnesses to explain this and any other Bible teachings from your copy of the Bible.

** If God is Omnipresent (everywhere present), where is God not?

God sees all, knows all.

Omnipresent is mutually exclusive to NOT being somewhere.

Any answer about religion can't be proven either right or wrong. Religion is a belief , nothing else.

The only place I know of that God is not is hell. That would be eternal separation from God which is why I never want to go there.

Islamic point of view is that >>>God is neither in sky, heaven , bathroom ( i said bathroom because many people believes that God is everywhere, and this notion cannot be in harmony with the majesty of God. I cannot say that God is in the bottle which is in my hand with lid closed.) or any other place , nor God is everywhere. Some say that God is a spirit. God is not a spirit. but God created spirit. The whole universe is the creation of Almighty God. God is the alone creator of heavens and Earth. He is Unique, unlike that which He has Created. And there does not exist in His Creation anything like unto Him. His Creation is not a part of Him.

Some other religions teach that "God is everywhere." This is actually called "pantheism" and it is the opposite of our believe system in Islam. God is not now, nor was He ever in His Creation. QURAN SAYS IN SEVERAL PLACES THAT GOD HAS THE KNOWLEDGE OF ALL THINGS. "From Whom is not hidden The least little atom In the Heavens or on earth: Nor is there anything less Than that, or greater, but Is in the Record Perspicuous.’” [Al-Qur’aan 34:3]

HE HAS THE POWER OVER ALL THINGS. HIS KNOWLEDGE IS EVERYWHERE. HIS HEARING IS EVERYWHERE, HIS SIGHT IS EVERYWHERE. BUT HE IS NOT EVERYWHERE.

Quran 3:29 Say: "Whether ye hide what is in your hearts or reveal it, Allah knows it all: He knows what is in the heavens, and what is on earth. And Allah has power over all things.

Our eyes are not able to see God. In the paradise, God will give us eyes to see Him, and inhabits of paradise will see Him. If we see God , then we would not dare to disobey Him, That's why He is hidden from us for particular time period i.e. this life which is a "TEST FOR HEREAFTER".

"Vision comprehendeth Him not, but He comprehendeth (all) vision. He is the Subtle, the Aware." (QURAN 6: 102)

Quran 2:115 "To God belong the east and the West: Whithersoever ye turn, there is the presence of God. For God is all-Pervading, all-Knowing"

"Say: He is Allah, The One and Only. "Allah, the Eternal, Absolute.
"He begets not, nor is He begotten. And there is none like unto Him."
[Al-Qur’an 112:1-4]

"Naught is as His likeness; and He is the Hearer, the Seer." (QURAN 42: 11)

"…and He is with you wheresoever ye may be. And Allah is Seer of what ye do." (QURAN 57: 4)

"And when My servants question thee about Me, I am near; I answer the call of the caller when he calls to Me, so let them respond to Me, and let them have faith in Me, that they may go aright. (Quran 2:186)"

"Were We exhausted by the first creation? Yet they are dubious about the new creation. We created man and We know what his own self whispers to him. We are nearer to him than his jugular vein." (Qur'an, 50:15-16)

The presence of Human being cannot be compared with the presence of God. We are bound by space-time dimensions. When we say that we are present in particular place, Our presence is bound by space-time dimensions. God is not bound by any dimensions. Space-Time are property only of the universe that God created. Imagining God as a being existing in time is a fallacy as pointed out by St. Augustine and agreed upon by Stephen Hawking in his book ."A brief history of Time"

"... if there were a complete set of laws, that would infringe God's freedom to change his mind and intervene in the world. It's a bit like the old paradox: Can God make a stone so heavy that he can't lift it? But the idea that God might want to change his mind is an example of the fallacy, pointed out by St. Augustine, of imagining God as a being existing in time: time is a property only of the universe that God created. Presumably, he knew what he intended when he set it up! " [Page 176, "A brief history of Time" by Stephen Hawkings]

Hope this answer your question. Only Islam gives a logical and rational answer for this.

"God, there is no god but He, the Living, the Everlasting; slumber does not seize him nor does sleep; to Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is in the earth. Who is there that shall intercede with Him, except by His permission? He knows what is before them and what is after them, but they do not comprehend anything of His knowledge, except what He will. His Throne extends over the heavens and earth, and their guarding does not strain Him; and He is the High, the Great." (QURAN 2:255)
