Dinner in a pouch. Just put some sort of beef, carrots, potatoes, celery, onions, spices in a sealed foil pouch. Cook in the coals for 30-40 minutes and eat. Yumm.
Dump cake - Pour cake mix in a dutch oven and pour in a can of 7-up. Mix slightly, not thoroughly. Place a few hot coals on top and bottom of the dutch oven and cook the amount of time stated on the cake mix. The cake will be slightly gooey, but delicious.

Cast iron skillet corn bread. I use a can of creamed corn in place of some of the water. Some times I throw in some diced jalapenos or green chilis.

OOOH, I've got a good one! Buy those biscuts in a can, get the small ones, not those grands. Then cook them over the fire like you would a marshmello. Then I spray it with that spray butter stuff and sprinkle it with cinnomon sugar. SO YUMMY!
