I have a hard time sticking to the special K challenge becuase I dislike the cereal its the protien type.What kind of a diet helps me lose a lot of weight?

the kind where you derease your calories and increase your activity. If you burn more cals than you eat you WILL loose weight. Eat something high protein in the morning, this will help you feel more full and energized through the day. try a sllice of whole wheat toast topped with an egg and slice of cheddar. lunch, a peice of fruit and some almonds or some other RAW rut. (don't get the sugar crusted or sodium bathed variety.ew.) Eat like a salad for dinner, maybe throwin some peices of grilled cheicken breast. Basically, watch portions and eat sensibly. Drink water. many people mistake feeling "hungry" when they are really just dehydrated. stop eating before you are full. your brain doesn't register "full" untill 15 min after your stomach is full. so eat slower, or stop before you feel you should to give your brain time to catch up with your body. Don't drink any of your calories. unless it's Ocassional fruit juice (100%). eliminate soda. if you do all that even withough exercize you should loose some lbs. to work in extra excersize, park farther away from stores, take stairs at every chance ect. an actual excersize plan is optimal, though. anyway, good luck. hope that helped some.

I don't like it either, try just watching your calorie intake and excercising.
