8oz of marg in a hot pan.
Pour into the melted marg as much syrup as you want ( the more the yummier) then add double of porrige ( so 16 oz) or keep adding butter and syrup until all the porrige in the pan is covered in the mixture.
It should become very sticky and mushy.
Then spoon it out into a greased flat tray and pop in the oven for 15-20 mins. Make sure when its done you cut lines into it where it will be broken up cos' once it's cooled it's very hard to seperate!!!!! Speakin from experience.
But enjoy and send me some when it's ready!!!
It's very quick and simple once u know how.

flapjack is the same as pancakes, di ba? It comes in a mix with either milk in it already or original that you can add your own milk and eggs to. Or you can make a mix yourself out of flour and baking powder. salt and sugar, a couple of eggs or one a little veg oil and milk. Then you heat up a pan; not too hot but the batter should react and start to form when hits the pan when it bubbles on the top side you turn it. and that's it. OK You talking something else some kind of ethnic food?
