Talk to your parents. How tall are you? Find a weight and height chart on line and see where you are on it. If you are indeed very thin for your height, weight, talk to parents about seeing a doctor, ruling out medical problems with him, and eating a healthy, balanced weight gain diet, which the doctor can help you with, or he can send you to a nutritionist if he thinks it is necessary.
Are you anorexic? Like throwing up on purpose? Or do you lack an appetite? Tell your Mom and Dad, so they can help you.
Another place you can go is the school nurse. But be warned, she will probably want to talk to your parents.

Despite what others here are saying, you don't need to eat unusually large portions of food. You need excellent QUALITY food though. I've posted a link to Harvard's food pyramid. It's a good guideline.
Beyond that, I'd say strength train. Pushups, pullups, crunchs, leg presses, etc. Muscle tissue is great for weight.
If you're concerned about a health problem, see a professional.

don't worry about it when I was 10 I weighed 60 lbs. If you start eating heavy now you will be one of the many overweight kids in the u.s. right now you have a high matabolism so your gonna burn a lot of calories. just eat what you want and start a light exercise program designed for kids your age. then sooner or later you will gain heathy weight.

For healthy weight eat alot of avacadoes, also aviod sugar, sugar can make you skinny. Eat a variety of raw vegetables, whole wheat breads and pasta, eat a lot of nuts, but avoid peanuts. Peanut are not a healthy nut but all other nuts are Almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews all good for weight gain.

How tall are you? You don't sound that bad. Protein shakes can help you gain weight. But you're so young and whatever you eat you're just going to burn calories like crazy anyway. Eat more ice cream!
