My daughter thinks it's my chicken stew. She calls in "Mom's world-famous chicken stew"....ha ha. When she was in elementary school I often sent it in a thermos for her lunch. She'd have to get a teacher to help her open it and one of them even wanted to try it and then asked her to get the recipe from me for her. That was tricky because I don't have a recipe, I just do what seems right. My secret though, is that instead of thickening it with flour I use some oatmeal...just throw some in towards the end of cooking.

CURRY !!!!!!! because it.....
Kicks the @ss of all other food
Makes vegetarianism interesting (i still eat meat sometimes but was veggie for 6 months in India cos it was sooooo good)
Has infinite variations
Is worth paying for, whereas pizza is basically flour and tomato sauce
