Old Navy has some really cute baby/toddler clothes, as does Carter's and most outlet malls have a Carters store. Costco also has some really adorable outfits for a great price. Costco is also a great place to buy diapers. For size 1 you get over 250 for $30.

I love Ikea...also Big Lots. You might try Goodwill...sometimes I find some really nice furniture in the ones in ritzy suburbs.

Check out some trendy consignment shops in your area. It's used, but not gross used, and you can find some very trendy, retro things there.

always check you local hand me downs if you have no luck there ikea and overstock.com are great
