"cretain"? I would just stick with a good multivitamin if I were you. Eat healthy and you shouldn't have to worry too much about "supplements". ~smiles

you mean creatine?

creatine increases muscle bulk and training energy to a certain extent if you are a responder

only 60% of people who try it respond and typically gain about 2-3 extra kgs during training

creatine does have side effects in some people including gastric upset (common) and compartment syndrome in the legs (rare)

It is reasonably safe and if you are weight training hard worth a try - you will be able to tell in a month if you are responding - if not dont waste money on it - if it upsets your guts dont waste time on it either

I assume you are speaking of Creatine. You must consume plently of water while taking this, as it can dehydrate you severely. Drink at least 1-2 ounces of water daily per kilogram of body weight while supplementing.

CREATIN is a good supplement to get a good "pump" for your workout. IT is known for a bloated sensation you get for taking it. This is the extra "water" that is added on to your body. It is a pretty good supplement though. I take it sometimes.

Do you mean creatin? Is your creatin low? If so, then yes; don't know of any side effects.
