MUHUMMED (PBUH) MENTIONED BY NAME IN THE BIBLE:

"His mouth is most sweet: yea, he is (Muhummed-im) altogether lovely, this is my beloved, and this is my friend, O daughters of Jerusalem. SONG OF SOLOMON 5:16

From the original Hebrew manuscript the word "MUHUMMEDIM", is translated as "altogether lovely' which is actually the word MUHUMMED with "im" added. "IM" is the plural of respect in the Hebrew language.

MUHUMMED A "COMFORTER" LIKE JESUS, PEACE BE UPON THEM
"And I will pray the father, and he shall give you ANOTHER Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever. JOHN 14:16

As a Muslims we believe and respect to Jesus (pbuh). Hazrat Mohammed (pbuh) is the true and last Messenger of God (Allah).
THERE IS NO GOD BUT ALLAH, MOHAMMED IS THE MESSENGER OF ALLAH.

be Logical on It, Please.

THANK YOU.

Jesus told us:

Luk 16:16 "The Law and the Prophets were until John; since then the good news of the kingdom of God is preached, and everyone forces his way into it.

John the Baptist was the last prophet. Muhammad came 600 years after Jesus when Jesus said:

Mat 7:15 "Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep's clothing but inwardly are ravenous wolves.

Looks like Muhammad was 600 years too late. Sorry.

That's the largest contrivance I've seen since the post where someone pointed to Mark to 'prove' that it's pointless to do anythign about poverty.

I don't know what manuscript you're using but according to Strong's, the Hebrew in this passage is pronounced "makh-mad" which reflects an infix from "khaw-mad" which roughly corresponds to the idea of something of desire.

I think this is sheer coincidence.

By your interpretation, there are many Muhammeds with nice mouths. Now we're sounding like 'Deliverance'.

Not to mention that this is entirely out of context. Muhammed is suddenly mentioned in a book about passionate love. That just doesn't seem to fit.

And finally, if either the Hebrew or Christian Scriptures say anything about Muhammed, why would they say his mouth is sweet? Why not something pertaining to his status as a prophet, or about his works? His mouth is sweet....that's vague.

John 14:16 is commonly translated as "helper" or "assistant", and refers to the Holy Spirit (the prophecy was fulfilled shortly after in Acts). Again, I wouldn't think this particularly ties to Muhammed, and it certainly is not unique to Muhammed.

Ok I read it in my bible and no where do I see a name. You also have to remember that Solomon wrote this book about the physical love between a man and woman. Before he himself was "overtaken by his own obsession with women, sex, and pleasure." I also have to agree that your Mohammad is 600 years to late. Most of all remember what God showed John and what he wrote in Revelation 22:18,19 For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book: And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.

Your Koran was written after the Bible was and the writer added things to and took important things out.
Jesus is speaking of the Holy Spirit in John 14:16.
John also wrote in Revelations 22:13 I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last.

Humm..... Jesus is the first and the LAST!!!!!!!

As a Muslim this passage is not referring to Muhammad. the Holy Spirit is the one like the son of man found in the book of Revelation. Jesus is not returning however he is sending the Holy Spirit to prove to the world they are wrong about sin, righteousness and judgment. And Muhammad is not the last messenger of God because when the one like the son of man comes he will lead the world into the complete truth.

First in Song of Solomon the only two people in there are his wife, and Solomon. That's it, so your reasoning is flawed. Song of Solomon is about the relationship of husband and wife. Secondly, you can't translate the way that you are translating. You need to go back to Song of Solomon and translate "All together lovely". Do not translate All together lovely to mean Mohammad. I can say my husband is all together lovely, does that mean he is God? No. You are making a huge translation error and this is how false religions get started. God Bless.

Sorry, but I disagree. The comforter mentioned is the Holy Spirit, not another prophet.

Look, I understand that you wish to follow the prophet Mohammed's walk of life, that's great with me, but we are not of your flock, nor are you of ours. Why do we bother with trying to convert each other?

Jesus clearly said this to the Jews when they asked if He was the Christ .... "But ye believe not, because ye are not of my sheep, as I said unto you. My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me: And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand. My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father's hand."

So please, we all worship the same God, but you are a part of Mohammed's flock and we are a part of Jesus flock. Okay?

if you were logical, you would know the word mohammedim has a different meaning in hebrew than in arabic.. it states nothing about your fake leader and your fake religion... once again mohamad made up the fake koran after meeting many christians and jewish during his travels with the caravans

Be logical?

What proof is there that the Bible or the Koran is absolute truth?
