I have had this problem too. I tend to eat a bit too quickly, so try slowing down & chewing each mouthful thoroughly. Also, this might sound weird, but try not to swallow air when eating. Most people don't even realize they are doing it. They take a big gulp of air before their bite of food. Also don't drink through a straw, cut down on carbonated beverages. Hope this helps! Good luck!

There are several possibilities. You could be simply overeating. Try eating until you are only 80% full. Or, it could just be gas. A lot of vegetables can cause gas. Try something like Beano or Pepto (the chewables are much better than the liquid form). All in all, you should definitely talk to your doctor about it. He or she may be able to give you some tips and make sure that there is nothing seriously wrong.

Beano. Try it, it might help. Certain vegetables tend to be gassy such as broccoli and cauliflower. I'm not sure about tofu, but certain beans are as well and since tofu is made from soy beans it could very well be too.

what you can do is wear Spandex briefs ontop of your regular briefs that you wear. They wear these after you have a baby too so the stomach becomes flat.
You can buy anywhere at JCPENNY, Target, Macy's it will be in the regular Lingerie section
Hope this helped

You are probably lacking something in your diet for proper digestion.
No matter what you hear or read, humans are meat eaters, salad is what food eats.
