Basically, a 17 year old female, was assulted and raped by an illegal immagrant. He's currently in holding at the county jail. Assuming he is convicted, would he face additional jail time, or would he just get time served and then deported?

The person in question is from Mexico. He's in the country illegally, and also part of the "L13" gang. I'm just trying to get a heads up weather justice will be served, or if they'll just send him back across the border with a slap on the wrist.

To be more specific, weather he'll spend time in jail and then be deported, or if he'll just be deported.

He'd serve his time and get deported. He MAY be prosecuted by the federal government for crossing the border illegally too. Who knows how long before he got back across the border.

Well if he is like the railway killer(also from Mexico), they will deport him three times, he will have "voluntary deportation" four times. All the while he has a rap sheet a mile long and has killed 15 American citizens, most of them sleeping elderly people in their beds. He left fingerprints at every single murder but was constantly released into the streets or deported. The railway killer is an actual person, for those who don't know, and was finally apprehended and arrested. Unless Fox wrangles a stay of execution( as he does so often for his criminals), he will be put to death this Tuesday. Justice will not be served to this man, don't hold your hopes up.

Well, if he's illegal, then he will have no immunity. SO therefore, he would more likely be deported and serve his time in his own country where they can make him into someone else's wife. I don't see why he should serve time here, where he has more rights in an already overcrowded jail...unless they don't ever want to see him come over the fence again and do the same exact thing or lay low.

If he is convicted of a felony then he will be put into deportation proceedings. It is the easiest way of getting yourself kicked out of this country.

Did the retard above me say illegal immigration isn't a crime? Where does he live? Yes he'll serve the normal amount of time and if they remember when he's released he'll be deported.

He will serve his prison sentence and then be deported. Personally, I believe the filthy Hispanic bastard needs to be hanged immediately.

I think felonies automatically get deported, for other crimes they don't. It is after they serve their time, however, as I understand it. This is nation wide, though. PA may have its own rules.

Unfortunatley it depends on the laws of that state and the judge/jury.
