Hep C is spread by by blood and body fluids (but blood is the big body fluid that spreads Hep C easily). So as long as his blood does not come into contact with an open area on anyone else you should be safe.
Make sure that your father was properly educated on how to not spread Hep C and make sure that you children know not to touch anyone else's blood. That should really reduce your risks.

Unless they are sharing needles for injecting drugs or your father is unnaturally molesting the kids, then none of your children or relatives would have any risk factor due to your father having the hep C virus. If you need to educate yourself about hep C and the risks involved, spend some time reading these web pages.

Just for safeties sake you wouldn't want any of the kids using your dad's razor for anything, using his tooth brush or getting deep tongue kisses from him but otherwise the risks for familial infection are so low as to be insignificant.
