First off it is called a bowel movement. And it could be 2 things. Fissures or hemorrhoids. A fissure is a hemorrhoid up in your bowels. A hemorrhoid is where you have stretched the wall of the bowel so much it has come out of your rectum. Very painful. There are medicines in the ointment and first aid aisles at the store. You need to check this out by a doctor if it happens more than once a month. It can become chronic enough to require surgery.

Everything from nothing much to deadly serious.
Any time you have blood in urine or stools go to the doctor immediately. This is not a normal thing or usually a good thing.
But not necessarily a thing that can not be fixed if you get medical attention quickly enough. You need to go to the ER is my suggestion to you and right now. Not later after you get more stuff off this website. Go Now!

I don't know what a 'valve movement' is. Rule of thumb if blood is coming from somewhere it should not see a Dr. ASAP. The longer you wait the worse it can get.

Not sure what valves your talking about but if you're talking about what I think you are you better go see a doctor right away because it sounds like you're bleeding internally somewhere. Get to a doctor.

I wasn't aware that people had valves in them. It's Bowel Movement, and yes, you need to see a doc ASAP.

What you mean is a "bowel movement", not a valve movement.
Not unless you're a car (no pun intended). You'll probably want to see a proctologist. But I would do it IMMEDIATELY! Don't wait!

Their car needs oil- you did say valve movement.

If you mean bowel movement, you should see a doctor, but it is possible that you have hemorrhoids.

You mean a bowel movement? It can be something as simple as hemorrhoids or as lethal as colon cancer (stage IV) or crohn's disease. You make an appointment with the doctor right away!

You mean bowel movement? That could mean you're not drinking enough water and that you maybe developing a kidney infection...I suggest you make an appointment at your doctor's office and mean while drink plenty of water...
