she left me for someone else....i begged her not to...but she didnt listen then, i have someone who loves me very much and i lover her too, my ex comes back now and she says she wants to be wth me again, I AM COMMITTED NOW!!!!!!!! and she isnt listening to me...what shud i do?

If you still have feelings for her, this can be difiicult. However, if you feel like you have moved on, you just need to let her know, and tell her that it is over. Tell her how much she hurt you, and how you feel you can't take her back now because it was too painful. That should do the trick if you don't want her back in your life.
