Depends where you buy them from. Geez. You can tell what you bite into. If it's REAL chicken then it should be chicken breats. IDIOT.

That depends on what type of chicken nuggets you get.;
White meet chicken nuggets are most likely produced from the breast of the chicken,
Dark meet chicken nuggets are most likely produced from the legs or the wings of the chicken and sometimes the thigh of the chicken.
Some chicken nuggets, however, are not produced by any part of a chicken, instead the are made from soy or other types of soil grown vegetables for the dieting people.

Chicken nuggets are often made using a high proportion of chicken skin. This is because without the skin the consistency would not be sticky enough for the nuggets to hold together. Food labelling law dictates that skin used to make the nugget need not be distinguished from the muscle tissue consumers normally think of when they hear the word "meat". The remainder of the nugget is most likely to be made up of mechanically recovered meat, with some processing additives such as anti-foaming agents (usually polydimethylsiloxane). The meat of the nugget may also be comprised of a reconstituted meat slurry.

If the package does not specify that the nuggets are made from "all white meat chicken breast", chances are you could be eating chicken anything. Usually the scraps that are left over or parts from older chickens.

chicken nuggets are made from different pieces all mixed together which can contain some white meat, some dark meat and skin, then it's all ground up together into a paste and from there it's shaped into the traditional nugget or shape...but remember its not all chicken in the nuggets, then there is flour, batter and oil.

"Nuggets" (unless otherwise labelled) are made from all the chicken parts minced & blended, flaked & formed.
That's good eatin'...
I used to work at a lab where we tested chicken poop for nitrate levels. As long as the level was low enough, they mixed the poop back into the chicken feed and sent it around again!
Yum!
