First of all, get them at a really good time, when they're really excited about something or relaxed. Say something casual, like, "Hey, Mom (or Dad), I haven't visited my friend in a while... do you think she could come over for a sleepover soon?" Also, build up trust by remembering to do your chores, clean your room, that kind of stuff.
Hope it works!

Maybe tell them you are only inviting people that they already know and under a certain amount of people. Make sure that they will be around at the time of it so they can trust you. And plan everything out beforehand (i.e. games you will play, movies you will go see or rent, what food you are having including actual meals and at least one snack). Good luck and have fun!

Do things to prove that you are responsible, like babysitting for younger siblings, or doing extra chores. Also, of course, be on your best behavior. Trust is the main factor.
